Mr. Bordeaux over the years has worked for several different companies in North Carolina helping Departments with the Apparatus needs. But he always wanted to start his own company where he could take his time and listen to his customers needs.

After spending more than 30 years in the fire service he felt like he had a pretty good handle on what most departments needs and wants where. But he felt like they were not always being heard by the different Apparatus Dealers.

First Choice is committed to giving quality service after the sale to its customers.

First Choice has been the Ferrara and (EVI) Emergency Vehicles authorized dealer for North Carolina since 2000.

In 2007 First Choice was awarded The Dealer Of The Year Award from Ferrara Fire Apparatus. First Choice received this award for having the most sales of units in 2007.

We do not plan to be the biggest apparatus dealer in North Carolina, however we do plan to always listen to our customers needs.
